本片讲述了女漫才师（类似中国的相声）瞳（清水富美加饰）和亚香子（松井玲奈饰）一起组成年轻的漫才搭档“亚香子和瞳”，在搞笑的世界中虽然饱受挫折却结成坚固的友情、不停奋斗、一起追梦的青春感人故事。Edwin Antony (Hywel Bennett) is emasculated in an accident which kills a young philanderer. Doctors successfully replace his member with that of the dead man, but refuse to tell him the full story of the organ's origin.
